"I had an unusual occurrence with my well pump system. My regular serviceman was on vacation and directed any emergencies to Garnet Well and Pump who I called and left a message. They returned my call within five minutes and accurately explained what was happening with my system. As it turns out, it was a normal cycle thrown off schedule due to a recent power outage so there is nothing to be concerned about.
Although they knew that l wasn't a regular customer, they responded to my call promptly and professionally. This is an indication of a contractor who a homeowner can rely on.

"Garnet Well is the best around. My well pump died late Friday night and most offices are closed on the weekends. Being without water for days is a nightmare. Garnet called me back on Sunday and were there first thing Monday morning to save the day. It was Christmas Eve Eve no less and they were extremely neat, professional, courteous/ in 8 degree weather, no less. Don't hesitate to call Garnet !!!!"

"We called him on Thursday late evening when our water abruptly stopped and he came out first thing Friday morning. He had our well pump and tank fixed and did an amazing job. He is very thorough and kind. He is also reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again for any well needs and I highly recommend him and his team."

"On Friday, I woke up to no water at all. After several calls to try and get someone to look at it-I was referred to Garnett. He came immediately and got right to work; he diagnosed the problem and had everything he needed to repair and get it back up and running. I'd highly recommend for any well issues you might be having."

"Well stopped working over the weekend and discovered what life is like without running water, Not fun. We called Garnett well early Monday morning, he immediately picked up the phone and set up an appointment for that day. Upon arrival they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem , explained everything and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Garnett well now has a new customer. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands by their work . Thanks again!!!"
